We welcome and reward referrals, in fact, the majority of our business is based on referrals, so we know the value of networking. If you would like to earn extra income, we welcome you to become a Referral Agent or Re-Seller for our law firm.

Panama Foundation and Offshore Services offers two different types of Referral Programs:

1. Referral Agents: These are professionals such as Attorneys, Accountants, Consultants, Stock Brokers, Investment Advisors, Bankers, Realtors, Insurance Agents, Offshore Incorporators, or other related professionals or existing clients of our firm that refer their customers, friends, or business associates to Panama Offshore Legal Services. The referral agent makes the introduction to our firm, and if the client purchases any of our services, we reward the referral agent with a commission of 10% of our legal fees.

To become a Referral Agent:

a. Download the "Referral Agent Agreement" (click on the underlined word),
b. Print the Referral Agent Agreement,
c. Complete the Referral Agent Agreement,
d. Sign the Referral Agent Agreement,
e. Fax us the completed, signed Referral Agent Agreement, along with;
I. Photocopy of ID (passport or drivers license),
II. Bank or Commercial Reference Letter.
f. Post mail the original signed copy of the Referral Agent

2. Resellers: These are professionals who are in the business of selling asset protection or offshore services, and they wish to "re-sell" the services of Panama Offshore Legal Services. Our firm wholesales to dozens of professional re-sellers around the world, including law firms, consultants, stock brokers, banks, insurance agents, offshore incorporators, and other professionals that sell corporations, foundations, account introductions, immigration services, real estate processing services, and other related asset protection or offshore financial services. These "re-sellers" usually purchase certain quantities of entities (Panama corporations or foundations) or packaged structures or services from our firm, at wholesale prices, and then re-sell these structures to their clients, earning their profit margin in the mark-up, usually with value-added services such as special consulting services, etc. If you wish to become a re-seller, we can offer you the most competitive wholesale prices in the market today. Our wholesale prices vary depending on the quantity of structures, as well as the corporate documentation required with each entity or structure. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs, so we can provide you with a detailed quote.

To become a Re-Seller:

a. Download the "Re-Seller Agreement" (click on the underlined word),
b. Print the Re-Seller Agreement,
c. Complete the Re-Seller Agreement,
d. Sign the Re-Seller Agreement,
e. Post mail the original signed copy of the Re-Seller Agreement to;

f. Fax us (US toll free fax number 1.800.716.3452 or Panama fax number ++ 507.236.7150) the completed, signed Re-Seller Agreement, along with:

I. Photocopy of ID (passport or drivers license),
II. Bank or Commercial Reference Letter,
III. Letter explaining your business activities with a description of your typical client profile, and explanation of what methods you use to market your services.

g. Once we receive the above mentioned, we will sign the agreement and include a Re-Seller price list on the Addendum to the agreement.
